Ingredientes :
1 embalagem de molho 4 queijos
1 cubo de caldo de marisco
250 gr. de massa folhada
200 gr. de arroz cozido
3 ovos
150 gr. de camarão cozido descascado
1 sapateira cozida
1 cebola
20 gr. de manteiga
Sal q.b.
Limpe a sapateira, separe-lhe toda a carne e líquido do interior para uma tijela.
Estenda a massa folhada, forre com ela uma forma de fundo solto e pique a massa com um garfo.
Descasque a cebola e corte-a em meias-luas finas. Leve ao lume uma frigideira com manteiga, junte a cebola e deixe cozinhar até ficar transparente. Junte de seguida o caldo de marisco e deixe cozinhar mais 5 minutos.
Numa tijela, misture o arroz cozido, a carne, o líquido da sapateira e a cebola.
Coloque esta mistura dentro da forma e disponha em cima os camarões cozidos.
Noutra tijela, misture o molho 4 queijos com os ovos, rectifique o sal e deite na forma.
Leve ao forno a 180ºC durante 25 minutos. Sirva quente ou morno decorada a gosto.
